Using the service

Dime Dime Baby App lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, your own pets, or adults who have given you permission. Never upload photos of minors, even though the original clip was filmed at a quinceañera. Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, nude or sexual images, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use policy

You may not use the service to create or share: (1) pornographic or sexual content; (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech or harassment; (4) any content involving minors; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of another person: person mode is only for your own photo or an adult who explicitly agreed, never a celebrity, public figure or anyone else; (6) content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

Moderation: every generation passes automated safety filters at our AI providers, and reported content is reviewed by a person. Enforcement: we remove violating content, block the photo from being uploaded again and may close the account without refunding used videos. Report content at /report or by email to yaohongan20@qq.com; we act on reports within 48 hours. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our email to appeal.

AI models

Person videos are generated with Wan 2.2 Animate (Alibaba). Pet videos use Google Nano Banana to place the pet into the scene and ByteDance Seedance 2.5 to generate the video. All models are accessed through Kie.ai. Outputs are labeled as AI-generated.

Generated videos and music

You may use the videos you create for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage. Person videos keep the original clip’s audio, which may include music owned by its rights holders; we grant no rights to any music, and you may not use it commercially.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed.

Payments

Video packs are one-time purchases. Each video in a pack is one 9-second render. Unused videos have no cash value and do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, whose terms also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
